One of Charlotte’s largest suburban towns Huntersville is home of historic cultural, diverse attractions and entertainment, mixed-use retail and natural parks. From this area, you can get to Uptown in 20 minutes and the beautiful Lake Norman in 40 mins. Hunterville has a rough population of 54,748 residents with the median age of 36 making it Generational X centric.

Some spots that we love:
Birkdale Village: If you’re looking for a one-stop shop with great dining, local boutiques and places to work out then this is your place. With over 60 retail shops, ten restaurants, and a movie theater this is a must do if visiting Huntersville. Eez Fusion & Sushi is one of the team favorites.
Bad Daddy’ Burger Bar: If you love a great burger and atmosphere then you must visit. Don’t worry if you don't want beef; the Ahi Tuna sandwich is one of the team's favorite.

Vermillion Village: will occupy 30 acres of new development in the next 3 years. Rumor has it that 400 residences mostly apartments and town-homes. The biggest portion will be a 78,000 square- foot grocery store, which will include gas pumps to bring the entire neighborhood together.
